Intro:
This phone is SEXY! It was built with class and style in mind and it also performs. There's no need to be ashamed of whipling this bad boy out in public as with past Straight Talk phones. The Optimus Black really makes a statement. It says: "I know about phones, I have some money to spend and I have style". Holding this phone is just part of the magic. It is so light and almost misleading in what it can do. The Optimus Black is a CDMA phone and will probably work on the Sprint or Verizon network so this is one area of concern. The coverage will depend on if it is Sprint or if it runs on Verizon (we hope it's Verizon).

The LG Optimus Black's most attractive feature is it's outer shell. It is made of all black shiny platic and it is super thin. It also has a angled edge for an extra touch of class. What we mean is the body is not a full rectangle, it has a slope as it goes outward. The buttons are also very minimal, including a power/lock button, volume rocker, audio jack, and a really cool micro USB slot with slide cover.
The operating system is not known yet but we suspect it is the latest Gingerbread. It will probably have at least a 5 MP camera that should be able to record HD video along with some really nice pictures.

    Summary:

If you have good CDMA coverage (either Sprint or Verizon) in your area, this is the best choice Android to go with. You will spend a good amount up front but it is worth the money.
